Ubhau = Both;
Api = Also;
Eva = Certainly;
Viddhi = Must know;
Anadhi = Without beginning;
Vikaran = Transformation ( emotion );
Ca = Also;
Gunan = Three modes of nature ( Sattva, Rajas, Tamas );
Ca = Also;
Eva = Certainly;
Viddhi = Know;
Prakrti = Nature;
Sambhavan = Produced of.

iti  kshetram  tatha  jnanam  jneyam   coktam  samasatah,
madbhakta  etadvijnaya  madbhavayopapadyate.

iti  kshetram  tatha  jnanam    jneyam  ca  samasatah  uktam  =  thus,  Kshetram  (our  body / field  of  activity),  Jnanam
(knowledge ), Jneyam ( knowable ),  I Have  explained  all  these  briefly;

madbhaktah  etat  vijnaya  =  knowing  this  My  devotee;

madbhavay  upapadyate  =  (he /devotee )  becomes  ready /fit/eligible  for  Atma-Sakshatkaram  (  Realisation ).
