Chapter-13. ( Kshetra-kshetrajna-vibhaga-yogam )
Introduction-4.
"We can say that the action of vastra-anavaranam is Dyanam /Meditation."
The details of 'Dyana-yogam' that is various stages in : such as body-mind-bhuddhi, and their co-ordination, the group's state in Dyanam, etc., these details were explained in fifth and sixth chapters.
Sitting in the prescribed 'Asanam' ( Pose ), thereafter concentrating the cittam ( mind ),
What will you do with concentrating mind?
Is it possible to detach the Self ( Atma ) from the bhavam of body ( body 'I' ), thereafter, concentrate on Supreme Reality ( God )?
In this chapter-13. these questions are answered, in great detail.
